Hannah Payne-Cook

Director & Payroll Manager

Hannah started her career in Hospitality Management before moving into the world of engineering, where she worked for a combustion engineering company in both accounts and technical sales. The role gave her a great mix of financial know-how and customer support experience.

Pebble Payroll was created when Sarah, the director, decided to start a payroll company and Hannah jumped at the chance to be part of it. For Hannah, it was also the perfect opportunity to find a better work-life balance and spend more time with her children and grandchildren – who know her affectionately as “Nonie”.

Today, Hannah brings her practical experience, friendly approach, and eye for detail to Pebble Payroll, helping clients feel confident that their payroll is in safe hands.

Natalia Niculsea

Natalia is a proud mum of three and a Payroll Administrator with a strong background in finance and payroll, with experience both in the UK and internationally.

I hold a Payroll Technician Certificate and AAT Level 2 in Accounting, bringing accuracy, dedication, and a collaborative spirit to everything I do. What Natalia says about working at Pebble Payroll.

Michele is the special mother of our founder Sarah Roads and the backbone of our office, providing our office and payroll support we really would be lost without her. The lovely voice you will hear when you call in and the ultimate professional in customer service and support.

Alongside her role at Pebble Payroll, Hannah is Finance Manager and Company Secretary for Mindset Maintenance CIC. The organisation is dedicated to supporting mental wellbeing and creating safe, supportive environments for individuals who need guidance and encouragement.

Her involvement reflects the values that underpin Pebble Payroll – integrity, responsibility and a genuine commitment to helping people feel supported. By overseeing financial governance and compliance, Hannah helps ensure the organisation operates transparently and sustainably, strengthening trust at every level.

Hannah is also Co-director of Southcoast Seaweed Ltd, a business focused on sustainable coastal harvesting and innovative natural products. This venture demonstrates her entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to responsible business practices rooted in community and environmental awareness.
